What is included in a complete stage package?+

Our 8×12 package starts at $695, 8×16 at $895, and 12×16 at $1,295 for a one-day rental. Each includes stage platforms at a 7-inch starting height, black skirting, setup, and breakdown. Delivery/pickup and tax are additional. Taller stages, carpet, stairs, and rails are quoted separately as needed.

How much are platform-only rentals?+

Daily platform rentals are $120 for 4×8, $240 for 8×8, $360 for 8×12, $480 for 8×16, and $720 for 12×16. Platform pricing excludes delivery, installation, removal, stairs, guardrails, and skirting. Your final quote depends on stage size, height, location, venue access, accessories, and event schedule.

What stage size do I need?+

The right size depends on how many people and which equipment will be on the platform. A 4×8 stage may work for one speaker or a compact DJ setup. Panels, bands, ceremonies, and performances typically need a larger layout. Send your venue dimensions and event plan for a recommendation.

Do you offer complete panel and fireside chat packages?+

Yes. Our fireside chat package is $1,595 for two people, mini panel is $1,995 for three, corporate panel is $2,495 for four, and executive panel is $3,495 for six. Packages include the listed stage, ivory barrel chairs, tables, black pipe and drape, carpet, skirting, access steps, delivery, setup, and breakdown. The executive package also includes decorative plants and accent lighting. Audio and microphones can be added by quote. Applicable tax and special venue or scheduling charges are confirmed in your estimate.

Do you deliver, install, and remove the stage?+

Yes. Delivery, professional installation, breakdown, and removal are available across NYC, Long Island, and selected New Jersey locations. We plan around your venue access and event schedule, and include these services in your quote.

Can the stage be used outdoors?+

Outdoor staging may be available when the surface, weather conditions, and site access are suitable. Tell us whether the installation area is concrete, asphalt, grass, or another surface, and share photos when available so we can review the setup.

Are stairs, handrails, guardrails, and skirting available?+

Black skirting is included in complete stage packages. Carpet, stairs, handrails, and guardrails are quoted separately as needed. Platform-only rentals exclude skirting and accessories. Include your access and finish preferences so we can plan your setup.

Can you build a larger stage or custom runway?+

Yes. We can review larger stages, straight or T-shaped runways, and other custom configurations. Send the required dimensions and a sketch or floor plan so we can confirm the layout and prepare pricing.

What information should I send for an accurate quote?+

Include your event date, venue address, preferred stage width and depth, requested height, people and equipment on stage, accessory needs, delivery and pickup windows, and access details such as stairs, freight elevators, or loading docks.
