How much does a bar rental cost?+
Our black portable bars are $125/day for the 4 ft option and $160/day for the 6 ft option. Custom designs are priced by request. Delivery, placement, pickup, customization, and any applicable fees and tax are included in your final estimate as applicable.
Can I request a custom bar with my logo?+
Yes. Send your event date, venue, preferred dimensions, brand colors, and artwork or inspiration. We’ll confirm what can be supplied for your event and quote the bar rental, artwork, printed panel, and installation or removal separately.
Are the custom styles shown available to book?+
The custom collection shows design directions for consultation. The concept image is illustrative. Exact products, finishes, dimensions, lead time, and availability must be confirmed in your quote before booking.
Can I combine bar sections for a larger setup?+
Tell us the total bar length, service needs, and available floor space. We can review a modular layout and confirm the matching sections and configuration available for your date.
Do you deliver and set up bars in NYC?+
Delivery, placement, and pickup are available across New York City, Long Island, and selected nearby New Jersey locations. Include stairs, freight-elevator access, loading-dock rules, and delivery windows in your request.
Does a bar rental include bartenders or drinks?+
The listed portable rates cover the rental bar. Bartenders, drinks, ice, and glassware are not included in those rates. Describe any additional service or equipment needs when requesting your estimate.
