The Essential Presentation Package includes the Epson Pro EX11000 laser projector, stand, HDMI cable, power and extension cables, and basic setup instructions. The Complete Package adds a professional projection screen plus equipment setup and testing. The Executive Package adds two Yorkville PSA28 powered speakers, speaker stands, an audio mixer, and a dual wireless microphone system.
Yes. The Epson Pro EX11000 is available by itself for $150 per day. Tell us the room size, audience, throw distance, and available projection surface so we can confirm whether a standalone projector is suitable.
Daily rates cover the listed rental equipment and the setup details stated in each package. Delivery, pickup, additional onsite labor, venue access, and special scheduling are priced after we review the event address and timing.
Yes. The Yorkville PSA28 speaker is $90 per day and the clear acrylic podium is $150 per day. Additional speakers, microphones, mixers, and presentation support can be added to the same quote.
